At Lavender Grove Cares, we are dedicated to delivering compassionate, flexible and person-centred support to children, young people and adults across Essex. 

We believe that meaningful support starts with understanding the unique needs of each individual and working collaboratively with families and professionals to create bespoke support packages that truly make a difference.

Our services span a wide range of support—from crisis intervention and supervised contact to respite support, education reintegration and outreach for fragile placements. Whether in the family home, community or residential settings, our team is committed to promoting safety, stability and positive outcomes.

With a network of experienced staff based throughout Essex, we are able to respond quickly and effectively to both planned and emergency needs. Would you like to join Lavender Grove Social Care Agency? 
We are continually looking for enthusiastic and committed people who are able to offer emotional and practical support and who are confident in visiting children and families with complex needs in their homes or, within a community setting.

The minimum requirements to apply are :-

- Full Driving Licence, able to work days, evenings and weekends.
- Previous experience working with children or vulnerable adults.

Referral Application

 We warmly welcome referrals from local authorities, private social care providers and directly from families seeking compassionate and quality support.
